Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your experience of using Secure Super VPN, you can request a refund on any plan bought directly from App Store & Google Play.

Refunds for App Store purchases:

Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store are subject to Apple App Store refund policies. This means we cannot grant a refund if you made a purchase through the Apple App Store - please read Apple's in-app purchase refund policy and/or contact store support. If you purchased an automatically renewing Subscription through the Apple App Store and would like to cancel it, you will need to do so in your Apple App Store account directly. Users whose subscriptions are billed as an  in-app purchase through the Apple App Store (iTunes), can request refunds through the App Store, which are issued solely at the discretion of  request a refund.

Refunds for Play Store purchases:

1. Payment Processing:

All payments for subscriptions made within this app are processed securely by Google Play. We do not collect, store, or process any payment information, and we do not have access to your billing details.

2. Refund Policy:

Refunds for subscriptions are managed exclusively by Google Play in accordance with Google Play’s Refund Policy.

  • We do not issue refunds directly.
  • We cannot override Google’s refund decisions.
  • Any refund eligibility is determined by Google.
Once a subscription is purchased, it remains active until the end of the current billing period unless canceled.
3. How to Request a Refund:

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Google Play.

Option 1: Through Google Play Store App
  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap your profile icon.
  • Go to Payments & subscriptions.
  • Select Subscriptions or Payments.
  • Choose the subscription.
  • Tap Request a refund (if available) .
Option 2: Through Google Play Website
  • Visit https://play.google.com/store/account
  • Sign in with the Google account used for purchase .
  • Go to Payments & subscriptions.
  • Select the subscription or order.
  • Click Request a refund and follow the instructions.
4. Subscription Cancellation:

To avoid future charges, users must cancel the subscription before the renewal date through Google Play:

  • Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

5. Contact Support:

If you experience any technical issues with the app or have questions about features, you may contact our support team. However, billing disputes and refunds must be handled by Google Play Support.

6. Changes to This Policy:

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected within the app or on our official platform
